Shah Rukh Khan, the badshah of bollywood who was not very pleased with director Farah Khan for signing Akshay Kumar for her next venture ‘Tees Maar Khan’ seems to have forgiven the actor as he not only sent a congratulatory message to Akki for the success of ‘Housefull’, but also sent a luxury watch as a gift.
Akshay Kumar, the action Kumar of bollywood who never likes to be outdone by SRK in any manner whatsoever, reverted immediately with even costlier watch for SRK, thus neutralizing the effect of gift. Though cynics view this exchange of gifts as a war but sources reveal that it may also indicate the end of hostility between the two bollywood biggies.
They point out that Akshay Kumar had always been helpful towards Shah Rukh Khan and in the past gave him valuable tips on back and shoulder injuries. It may be recalled that Shah Rukh Khan had to undergo surgery for his shoulder after he injured it during the shooting of ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’.
Even otherwise, Akki has said several times in his interviews that he and SRK always end up discussing his shoulder injury and other health tips.
In fact, Akshay Kumar had even suggested Shah Rukh Khan to go for some form of hydrotherapy for his fitness and other troubles.
