Shah Rukh Khan, the King Khan of bollywood who has been shooting for his upcoming superhero project ‘Ra1’ despite of nagging injuries in his shoulder, back and knee, is likely to go for another rehabilitation programme in the US to keep himself fully fit.
In fact, earlier Shah Rukh Khan did not take above injuries seriously and went on doing his shooting, etc, with quick fix solutions. But now the situation is such that these injuries come in the way of performing one or other sequences for the film and keep troubling the star.
So he has decided to stop pushing the limits of his body and instead go for anther rehabilitation programme in the US to become completely fit for his superhero action sequences in ‘Ra 1’.
Shah Rukh Khan’s trainer Prashant Samant knows the condition of his body and hence has prescribed more cardio exercises than weight lifting to maintain SRK’s six- pack- abs needed for ‘Ra 1’.
Shah Rukh Khan plays the part of a scientist in the film who wants to make a robot. He succeeds in it but the robot turns monster and King Khan himself had to face and kill him.
Kareena Kapoor plays the part of his wife in the film, while Arjun Rampal plays a bald negative character.
