Shah Rukh Khan showed an action sequence from his upcoming sci-fi superhero film RA.One to Akshay Kumar to see what Akshay thought of it.
Akshay approved and Shah Rukh was delighted, because he believes Akshay has an "awesome action sense."
On Saturday morning, September 4, Khan tweeted:
"met akshay at his very cool tv show shoot [Master Chef India]. showed him train action of ra.one. he approved of it. glad he liked it. he has awesome action sense."
The next schedule of RA.One is set to start in Mumbai on Sunday, September 5.
Earlier, there was a long schedule in London that started early in July and wrapped on August 12.
Following the unit's return from London to Mumbai, there was a break to allow everyone to catch up with other things in their lives.
Khan utilized the break to film commercials for Hyundai, Videocon, Airtel, Belmonte and Décor (With wife Gauri Khan).
There was some confusion about RA.One's release date. In end August, it was reported that the film will release on June 3, 2011. However, Shah Rukh Khan has since clarified that the release date has not yet been locked.
Khan says the film will probably release in June 2011, after he wraps up filming for Farhan Akhtar's Don 2.
Anubhav Sinha helmed RA.One additionally co-stars Arjun Rampal and Kareena Kapoor.
